The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a dump truck.

The white 2022 Mack dump truck was reported stolen in October 2024.

As part of the investigation, deputies obtained video surveillance footage that captured a possible suspect vehicle — a white bobtailed semi — and a potential suspect.

Preliminary findings suggest the individuals involved are not local and may be connected to an organized criminal network operating out of the southeastern United States.

The stolen Mack truck was last seen traveling eastbound on Interstate 24 from Exit 40.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office seeks information from any local residents. They also ask that information be shared within Facebook Groups and online communities associated with the trucking industry, where someone may recognize the vehicle or individual pictured.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office at (270)928-2122.
