The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 970/Highland Church Road in McCracken County to replace a drain.
The section of road that will be closed is near the 3-mile marker between Rushing Road and Phipps Street.
They said work is expected to begin promptly at 8 a.m. and should reopen to regular traffic around 2 p.m.
