Waggoner pleads guilty to criminal abuse

A man pleaded guilty in a Graves County court Wednesday on two counts of criminal abuse-victim under 12 years of age.

31-year-old Christopher Edward Waggoner has been sentenced to nine years on these charges and will be formally sentenced February 28th.  

Waggoner was arrested on the charges in June of this year.
