Two fugitives have been arrested, and one is still at large following a police chase Tuesday in Lyon County.

A deputy and a state trooper had finished a welfare check at a business on KY 93 without locating the person they were checking on, when dispatch received another call that multiple people had left from a home and fled in a truck.

A deputy tried to stop the truck on KY 93 but the driver turned into a residential driveway and through a yard, then stopped at Highway 93 Mini-Storage where three people got out and ran into a wooded area.

During the foot pursuit a deputy apprehended 37-year-old Adam R. Norton of Kevil. Norton is a wanted fugitive from Ohio Circuit Court.  Deputies said Norton tossed a backpack during the foot pursuit, which reportedly contained a handgun, methamphetamine and fentanyl. Along with the outstanding warrant, charges for Norton included fleeing or evading police, trafficking meth (firearm enhanced), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, resisting arrest, and possession of fentanyl.

Norton was also charged with 2nd degree burglary as the Sheriff's Office believes Norton had committed a residential burglary on Palisades Drive just prior to this incident.

Deputies also found 35-year-old Nikita L. Santollo of Paducah hiding under an abandoned mobile home. Santolla was also a wanted fugitive with active warrants from McCracken and Graves County. Santollo was charged with fleeing or evading police and numerous traffic offenses. Santollo also has methamphetamine related charges pending in Lyon County.

Another woman still a fugitive is 23-year-old Skyyler D. Gore of Paducah. Gore is a white female, 5’5” tall with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information on Gore's whereabouts are asked to contact the Lyon County Sheriff's Office at 270-388-2311.
