The Radio Advertising Bureau said this week that they expanded its board by six new members, including Beth Mann of Cadiz. Mann owns Ham Broadcasting and Edge Media , including radio stations WKDZ in Cadiz and WPKY in Princeton.
The RAB board now consists of 32 members, some from media companies that each own hundreds of radio and television stations in America's largest markets. Mann will represent one of the smallest radio groups on the board.
Mann will serve a two-year term on the board, which meets twice a year at various locations across the country.
“It became clear to the RAB Board with the help of the nominating committee that we continue to enhance the Board and make sure it is representative of key voices and stakeholders across the industry,” RAB Board Chair Jeff Warshaw said in announcing the new members.
