Six people were arrested Monday during a drug investigation at two different hotels in Paducah.

Deputies responded to a complaint of drug activity at a hotel on HC Mathis Drive, where 36-year-old Phillip Graff of Paducah was arrested after a search reportedly uncovered meth and marijuana.

Later that evening, detectives responded to another complaint of drug activity at a hotel on Hinkleville Road and stopped a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Amy Thomas of Mayfield.

Thomas was arrested after authorities said a search revealed meth, pills, and marijuana.

Deputies stopped another vehicle leaving the same hotel and said a K9 alerted to the presence of drugs. A search ensued, reportedly yielding marijuana packaged to sell and a loaded gun. In addition, one of the occupants, 21-year-old Sendra Wendel of Paducah, allegedly admitted to having meth hidden on her person.

Wendel and 24-year-old Brandon D. Graham of Mayfield were both arrested.

Authorities then searched two hotel rooms, allegedly uncovering meth, marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, two guns, and cash.

The search ended in the arrest of 36-year-old Jonathon Cash of Mayfield, and 22-year-old Kelli Buchanan, also of Mayfield.

They were all taken to the McCracken County jail.
