Sexual abuse complaint lands Marshall County man in jail

A sexual abuse complaint from October resulted in the arrest of a Marshall County man.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office received a report of alleged sexual abuse where the victim was a juvenile. Sheriff's detectives identified the suspect as Gary Tabor, Jr.

Thursday, Tabor was seen walking near the sheriff's office and picked up by deputies.  Tabor was interviewed by detectives and charged with 2nd-degree rape-no force and sexual abuse.
