A driver was charged with driving on a suspended license for the third time leading to a felony charge in Calloway County Wednesday night.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said a deputy conducted a traffic stop on North LP Miller Blvd. The driver, identified as 41-year-old Justin Arnold, was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license stemming from a DUI conviction in 2017.

Records show he was previously caught driving on the suspended license twice in 2018, making this his third offense and elevating the charge to a Class D felony.
