Search nets two arrests for methamphetamine

The search of an apartment in the Lone Oak community Friday nets two arrests for methamphetamine.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department said they received complaints and tips over the past several months that 42-year-old Rickie Brown was involved in allegedly selling meth and other drugs.

On Friday, detectives and deputies executed a search warrant on Brown's apartment, where they found Brown and 34-year-old Ashley Worley.

Detectives allegedly found Worley to have methamphetamine, while Brown reportedly had marijuana, 13 grams of methamphetamine and cash.

They both were charged with possession of methamphetamine, while Brown was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
