Missing Melber woman rescued by boat from car in floodwaters

A Melber woman reported missing Sunday was rescued by boat from her car stranded in floodwaters in Carlisle County.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said 59-year-old Lisa G. Kelly was in her car on a road covered by water on the Carlisle County side of the Carlisle-Graves County line.

She was taken to an area hospital for medical evaluation.

Kelly had been reported missing after last seeing at her home on Owens Chapel Road around 5 pm Sunday.
