The Cave-In-Rock Ferry closed on Wednesday evening due to high water levels on teh Ohio River.
The ferry will remain closed until the river crests and starts falling. The forecast indicates that will take several days
The ferry will notify the public of its reopening via their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CIRFerry.
The Dorena-Hickman ferry is also closed by high water on the Mississippi River.
