Police searching for escaped Graves County inmate

State police are requesting the public's help locating an escaped Graves County inmate.

State police are searching for 44-year-old Francisco Starks. He is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing approximately 240 pounds.

Starks was on a work release working at the candle factory at the time of its collapse in Mayfield. After the collapse, he was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center, where he was treated and released.

Starks is an inmate at the Graves County jail on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.
