A Paducah man sought by police on multiple warrants for charges going back to last September has been arrested.
Police said 21-year-old Eric Ellington was involved in a 2022 shooting incident with charges of wanton endangerment and stalking. They said he failed to comply with the conditions of his bond release, and a warrant for bail jumping was issued.
On April 6th, Ellington was arrested for fleeing or evading police, marijuana possession, and tampering with physical evidence. He failed to appear in court for those charges, so a bench warrant was issued.
Then on April 7th, he was served a warrant for domestic violence assault which stemmed from an investigation in December of 2022. Ellington failed to appear in court for this charge and another bench warrant was issued.
Paducah Police announced Ellington's arrest on Tuesday. Ellington was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
