One of two escapees from Webster County still on the loose

A pair of inmates escaped from the Webster County Detention Center Sunday and one is still on the loose.

Kentucky State Police in Madisonville said that the Webster County Detention Center notified them of the escape just after 6 a.m. Sunday. According to the investigation, 44-year-old Tony B. Elders of Morganfield and 48-year-old Jodie E. Crowley of Sebree walked away from the Dixon, Kentucky facility.

Elders was quickly recaptured and returned to jail, charged with escape.

Crowley is still at large and is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has black hair, blue eyes, and multiple tattoos on his body including one that says "TINA" on the right side of his neck. Crowley was wearing an orange coat with blue jeans and a black toboggan.
