A man wanted in Tennessee was arrested in Calloway County on Thursday.

According to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, narcotics detectives and deputies executed a warrant at a residence on Old Salem Road to apprehend 50-year-old Harvey E. Waldorf Jr., of Nashville.

Waldorf  was wanted in Tennessee on charges including parole violation and trafficking methamphetamine.

Waldorf was said to be uncooperative with law enforcement but was taken into custody without incident.

During the arrest, detectives discovered about 39 grams of crystal meth, a quantity of marijuana, cash, and other items indicative of drug trafficking.

Waldorf was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and being a fugitive from another state.
