Murray City Council to vote Thursday on revised data center ordinance

The Murray City Council will vote Thursday on first reading of a revised ordinance from the Murray Planning Commission concerning data centers.

The Murray Sentinel reported the Murray Planning Commission met Tuesday and made a number of changes to its proposed data center ordinance. 

Last week, the Murray City Council placed a one-week moratorium on actions concerning data centers, and asked the planning commission to redraft its proposal prior to first reading at Thursday's special called council meeting.
