Motorcycle accident sends one to hospital

A motorcycle accident sent one man to the hospital on Monday.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called to the area of Oaks Road and Shemwell Lane around 3:30pm for a single-vehicle collision with injuries.  
  
Deputies said Bradley Watkins of Morehead was operating a 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on Oaks Road when he lost control while navigating a series of curves in the road near Shemwell Lane.

Watkins was transported to a local hospital for non-incapacitating injuries.
