A McCracken County man who skipped a court date on firearms charges was located Thursday in Missouri.
The McCracken County Shriff's office said 22-year-old Nash McMillen was found by Maryland Heights Police and taken into custody after he fled from them on a motorcycle. He is lodged in the St. Louis County Justice Center pending criminal charges there.
During the investigation, it was learned 66-year-old Kathy Fox of Paducah had been actively assisting McMillen by providing him with information and money to assist him in fleeing.
She was arrested Friday morning, charged with bail jumping and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
McMillen failed to appear in a McCracken County court Monday on a charge of fradulent firearm transaction. The arrest stemmed from an investigation in January after calls were received that McMillen had been shooting a firearm in a Lone Oak neighborhood. He told court officials he had trouble getting transportation to the McCracken County Courthouse.
