Man falls into sinkhole while mowing in Christian County

A Christian County man was flown to a Nashville hospital after he fell into a sinkhole while he was mowing a lawn on Friday afternoon.

Emergency personnel said the man who is in his 60s fell into a sinkhole about 15 feet, reportedly causing leg, face, and back injuries.

WKDZ reported that the man was flown from the scene to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. 

The full extent of his injuries has not been released.
