Woman killed in Christian County shooting

A woman was killed when shots were fired at a home in Christian County on Sunday night.

The Christian County Sheriff's Office told WKDZ they were called to the 6000 block of Pembroke Oak Grove Road.  The incident involved 34-year-old Anthony Moore and 31-year-old Ciara James.

While en route, deputies were told shots were fired and when they arrived, James was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head.

Three children were at the home at the time of the shooting but were not injured.

Moore was charged with murder and first degree wanton endangerment.
