Calloway County Fire truck crashes responding to a fire

A Calloway County Fire and Rescue tanker truck crashed while responding to a fire on Saturday.

The truck was headed for what turned out to be a controlled burn. The truck dropped off the shoulder of the road  and overturned. 

The crash happened near KY 80 and Green Valley Road. There were no other vehicles involved and the driver was unhurt.

Calloway County Fire-Rescue urges anyone planning a controlled burn to notify the fire department ahead of time.
