A Wingo man was arrested Sunday on drug and other charges after deputies said he abanded his child after a traffic stop.

Graves County deputies said they saw a man driving a motorcycle without a license plate on KY 1748, with a three-year-old child riding on the gas tank.

As deputies approached, the driver, 45-year-old Chad Bradley, reportedly fled the scene and abandoned his child. While running, deputies said Bradley threw a set of electronic scales that reportedly field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Bradley was taken into custody after a short altercation and the child's mother took custody of the child.

Bradley was arrested and charged with possession of meth, wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, and numerous traffic offenses.

He was taken to the Warren County jail.
