A wanted Paducah man was arrested following a Murray traffic stop during which he allegedly threw drug paraphernalia out of his vehicle.
The Murray Police Department said an officer noticed a vehicle crossing the center line on the road multiple times. The officer engaged his emergency lights to signal the driver to stop their vehicle, and the officer said he then saw the driver throwing suspected drug paraphernalia out of the vehicle.
The driver, 52-year-old Mark Martin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, tampering with physical evidence, failure to appear, and several traffic offenses.
