US 641 back open after semi overturns near Eddyville

US 641 in Lyon County is back open after a Thursday night semi crash.

Lyon County Emergency Management said an overturned semi crash blocked the highway about a mile north of the US 62 intersection between Eddyville and Fredonia.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the semi was hauling auto parts, which had to be offloaded before the crash could be cleared.

The roadway reopened at 1 a.m. Friday.
