Two men arrested on arson charges from last year in Calloway County

Two men were arrested Monday on indictment warrants charging them with arson in Calloway County.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday 58-year-old Anthony Regan of Dexter and 52-year-old Derek Davis of Benton were taken into custody concerning a residential structure fire on Curd Cemetery Road. 

The fire, which occured May 20th of last year, was deemed suspcious in nature by Calloway County Fire Rescue.

Regan was arrested in Marshall County and lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center while Davis is being held in the Calloway County Detention Center.
