Two men were retrieved from a Trigg County attic on Thursday night by deputies trying to serve warrants at their home.
Deputies said they were looking for 29-year-old Austin King. When they entered the home, deputies said King and 27-year-old Joshua Harris both decided to flee and hid in the attic.
The two ignored deputies' commands to come down, until K9 Bolo was brought inside and Harris surrendered after hearing the dog. Deputies said Bolo then apprehended King, who remained hidden under some insulation in the attic.
Harris was charged with hindering prosecution. King was charged with resisting arrest, and arrested on outstanding warrants for theft by unlawful taking and failure to appear.
