Traffic snarled along US 62 in McCracken County after semi crash

A semi crash along US 62 in McCracken County caused traffic problems for hours.

The crash happened just before 8 a.m. near US 62 and Gholson Road. A semi carrying pipes rolled over off the right side of the road, but the piping was scattered across both lanes. Police tried to move some traffic through the area initially, but most had to be detoured. 

The cleanup required all lanes to be blocked for most of the day.
