A tip led to the arrest of a Paducah man on several drug charges Thursday.

Officers received information about possible illegal drug activity taking place at a home on Thurman Street.

Deputies said enough evidence was found to perform a search, reportedly leading to the discovery of 20 suspected fentanyl pills, marijuana, a handgun, and nearly $5,700 in cash.

Twenty-three-year-old Rafael Rodriguez Rios was arrested and charged with firearm enhanced trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

He was taken to the McCracken County jail.
