Three airlifted from head-on collision in Livingston County

Three people were injured in a head-on collision in Livingston County on Thursday.

Livingston County first responders were dispatched to US 60 just west of Old Salem Church Road.

Deputies said a vehicle operated by 72-year-old Beverly Wallace of Paducah crossed the center line and collided with a vehicle operated by 24-year-old Quinton Gibson, with passenger 26-year-old Emma Colwell, both of Paducah.

Rescue personnel had to extricate the occupants from the vehicles. All three were airlifted to Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, where they remain under medical care for serious injuries.
