Temperatures into the 60s highlight this week's forecast

February will finish on a warmer note, according to the National Weather Service in Paducah.

A warming trend continues into the early week, followed by a chance of rain for the middle of the week.

Highs will rise into the 50`s on Monday and into the low 60`s Tuesday and Wednesday.

Later Wednesday brings increasing chances of rain showers and even a thundershower.

Temperatures will return to the 50`s Thursday and Friday. By next weekend temperatures are expected to be back into the upper 50`s to low 60`s as March begins.
