Judge Executive challenger Kevin Spraggs has defeated the incumbent Kevin Neal. 

Spraggs won the hotely contested race with 59percent of the vote.

The primary win ensures Spraggs will be the next Judge Executive of Marshall County as he will be unopposed in the general election, with no democrat having filed to run in this race.
