A trespassing complaint led to a man's arrest on burglary and other charges Tuesday night in Livingston County.
Deputies from the Livingston County Sheriff's Office were called to a home on Mill Street around 10:30 pm. The homeowner said 30-year-old James Robert Streit allegedly walked into the home without an invitation while wearing an ammo bandolier and smoking marijuana.
Streit reportedly took an air soft rifle from the home and left.
Later that evening a deputy found Streit at the riverfront with the air soft rifle where he was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of methamphetamine, and public intoxication. He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
