Four people from Murray were arrested on Tuesday in connection with an investigation by the Marshall-Calloway County Drug Task Force.

The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office and narcotics detectives searched two separate homes in Murray.

Detectives said that during one search, 49-year-old Robert A. Babb was seen trying to flush methamphetamine down a toilet. Babb was charged with tampering with physical evidence, and trafficking in a controlled substance.

Forty-year-old Phillip D. Benson, 41-year-old Randall Hardee and 34-year-old Tricia N. Wages were also charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
