Search warrant lands New Concord man behind bars

The search of a Calloway County home in July led to a man's arrest on drug and other charges on Friday.

An investigation in July led deputies to search the New Concord home, where they claim drugs and a possible counterfeit $100 bill were found.

A warrant was issued for 41-year-old Allen R. Erwin at the time, leading to his arrest Friday afternoon.

Erwin was charged with cultivating marijuana, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a forged instrument.

He was taken to the Calloway County jail.
