Road work set to begin later this week on US 641/12th Street in Murray

Drivers who frequent US 641/12th Street in Murray will notice road crews doing work there beginning Thursday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the contractor tasked with milling and paving will begin its work.  The work area will be throughout the city and motorists should expect closures in both the northbound and southbound lanes.

The work will be done nightly from 6 pm until 6 am with the project expected to take about three weeks.
