KYTC reports that road crews continue to work on clearing western Kentucky roads that are blocked by downed trees and power lines, especially in northern Graves County.

Graves County KY 849, near KY 339 in Lowes, remains blocked due to a downed tree. Estimated roadway reopening was estimated after 11 am.

Crews will go next to Graves County KY 849 at KY 945 between Kansas and Pottsville. The road is currently impassable due to downed trees.

Calloway County KY 1836 is blocked due to downed tree/power line between KY 80 and KY 464 at Backusburg, as of 10 am.

Meanwhile, US 62 is closed by high water at the West Fork Creek Bottoms northeast of Bardwell. An estimated five inches of rain fell in that area overnight. Please note that KY 408, often used as a detour during flooding in this area, is also blocked by a downed tree/power line.
