The incident happened on Saturday afternoon along Ohio Street in Paducah. Officers said they are looking for Cortez Gray. Gray is facing charges of wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Anyone with information about Gray's whereabouts is asked to contact Paducah Police or leave an anonymous tip with West Kentucky Crime Stoppers.
