aducah's Board of Commissiones met in regular session Tuesday evening.

Commissioners approved first reading of an ordinance adopting a new interlocal agreement for the Paducah/McCracken County Geographic Information System. 

The board also approved first reading of measures to amend the interlocal agreement for provisions to the emergency 911 services with McCracken County.

This measure would eliminate appeals boards for both the city and county and establish one board with two members from the city and two from the county.

The board also voted to pass first reading creating a real estate parcel fee for funding 911 services.

The board also had an executive session and returned passing a municipal order to purchase a tract of land for no more than $120,000.
