Two jailed on Crittenden County charge of illegal hunting

Two men were arrested on illegal hunting and gun charges Tuesday in Crittenden County.

The Crittenden County Sheriff's Office received a complaint from Kentucky Fish and Wildlife regarding a subject sitting in a vehicle on the side of the road hunting deer.

Crittenden County Sheriff Evan Head saw two men sitting in a truck with loaded rifles.

Fifty year old David Ray Lynch was charged with illegal take/pursue deer/wild turkey. 

Forty five year old Eddie Ricketts was also served a Kentucky parole yiolation warrant, three Crittenden County bench warrants, and one Union County bench warrant. Ricketts was also charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon.

Both were lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
