Oklahoma man arrested for DUI after bouncing off guardrail in Marshall County

An Oklahoma man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and having open alcoholic beverages in his vehicle while driving through Marshall County.

Deputies were called about the vehicle that was allegedly driving all over the road. Witnesses said they saw the vehicle hit a guardrail and keep going. When deputies caught up to the vehicle driven by 33-year-old Eli Blackbird, Jr. of Marble Oklahoma, they reportedly saw him cross into oncoming traffic. 

Blackbird was stopped along Murray Highway and taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
