According to KYTN, Khristi Cunningham formally entered a not guilty plea to numerous charges which include first-degree murder, reckless endangerment, and aggravated assault.
At Tuesday's hearing, Cunningham was assigned a public defender, and will remain in custody.
Prosecutors have said they plan to seek the death penalty in the case.
The arrest warrant states that Cunningham allegedly planned the January 30th attack, and made 911 calls to draw law enforcement officers to her location.
It alleges that Deputy Bonham was shot once, and then was shot three additional times. Cunningham was arrested at the scene of the shooting.
The next court appearance in the case is scheduled for December 14th, and a trial date could be discussed.
