The Murray Sentinel reported Sunday 76-year-old Gary White was arraigned last Monday in Calloway Circuit Court on new charges of possession or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and promoting a sexual performance by a minor.
White died Friday at Norton's Hospital in Louisville. He was convicted in 2021 on 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and two counts of possession or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
He was serving a 12 year sentence on those charges at the time of his death.
