Calloway County man arrested on drug charge Sunday

A Calloway County man was arrested late Sunday night on a drug related charge.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said around 11 pm deputies were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on 63-year-old James R. Solomon on Kline Trail. 

They found Solomon in possession of illicit drugs.  He was charged with possession of a controlled substance(methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Solomon was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
