McCracken Fiscal Court moves closer to GIS interlocal agreement

McCracken Fiscal Court met in regular session Monday evening.

Commissioners approved second reading of an ordinance establishing a code enforcement board in McCracken County and describing code enforcement proceedings. 

Also passed was first reading of an ordinance approving t he establishment of a Paducah/McCracken County Geographic Information System and executing an interlocal agreement.

The GIS Consortium will be between Fiscal Court, the city of Paducah, Paducah Water Works, Paducah Power System, Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency and the McCracken CountyProperty Valuation Administrator.
