McCracken Fiscal Court has first meeting of 2025

McCracken Fiscal Court discussed routine business durning Monday evening's meeting.  

The court passed second reading of an ordinance amending an earlier ordinance setting forth a current salary and classification table to reflect adjustments and establishing anniversary dates for computing step increases for new hires and promotions for certain employees of the McCracken County Jail.

In other action:  The court approved the McCracken County Clerk's Annual Order setting maximum amount for deputies and assistants for the calendar year in the amount of $1.5 million.

Also approved was the McCracken County Sheriff's Annual Order setting maximum amount for deputies, assistants and other employees for the calendar year in the amount of $6 million.
