Mayfield man jailed following disturbance

A Mayfield man was arrested Sunday following a disturbance near Mike Miller Park in Benton.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 36-year-old John Ordunez was taken into custody on Main Street after his vehicle was seen leaving the scene of the disturbance.

Ordunez was charged with possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphanerila.
