Marion man served warrants from Marshall, McCracken counties

A Marion man was served an indictment warrant from Marshall Circuit Court on Thursday.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 43-year-old Everette Tabor is accused of speeding, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and being a persistent felony offender.

Tabor was also served with a warrant from McCracken District Court for failure to appear.
