Four people have been indicted by a federal Grand Jury in Paducah on charges of trafficking in illegal drugs.

The indictments were handed down back in February against 41-year-old Demarlo Henderson of Paducah and 54-year-old Lafaeabeian Stingley of Hickory, along with 38-year-old Toddriguez Bradley and 38-year-old Joseph A. Baker, both of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

According to court documents, the four allegedly conspired to distribute large quantities of cocaine in McCracken County and the surrounding area between December of 2024 and January of 2026.

On January 8, investigators from the DEA Paducah post with state and local partners  raided several locations in McCracken and Graves counties and seized meth, cocaine, and cash. About nine days later, federal officials seized two kilograms of cocaine en route to the network, reportedly from Bradley to Henderson and Stingley. Bradley allegedly used Baker to carry the cocaine from Louisiana to Kentucky. Baker was picked up when he got to Paducah. Bradley was arrested in Baton Rouge.

Henderson is facing charges of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, distribution of cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Stingley has been charged with conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.  Bradley and Baker are looking at charges of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.

The charges carry sentences that range from mandatory minimums of 25 years to a minimum of 10 years. There is no parole in the federal system.
