A manhunt is still ongoing for a fugitive in Crittenden County.

The Crittenden County Sheriff's Office said Thursday they were still looking for 35-year-old Kenneth "Brian" Fitzgerald after more than $200,000 worth of drugs and cash were seized believed to belong to Fitzgerald.

Fitzgerald, a convicted felon considered armed and dangerous, fled from deputies Tuesday as they tried to serve a warrant at his home on Brown Mines Road charging him with a probation violation. Fitzgerald reportedly almost hit a federal agent head-on as he was fleeing.

Fitzgerald is described as five feet ten inches tall weighing about 190 pounds with short red hair and brown eyes. He was driving a 2020 Nissan Altima that was white in color with license plate E2G656. Authorities said he has fled from capture multiple times, and they expect him to continue to run.

Deputies were informed Wednesday of alleged threats made by Fitzgerald toward another individual. They found him on a motorcycle in Frances at the intersection of State Highways 855 and 70. Fitzgerald refused to surrender as he took off on the motorcycle. He ran off the road and crashed it in a yard before attempting to steal a car from a driveway and then fleeing on foot.

After the attempted arrest, police searched Fitzgerald's home and allegedly uncovered a cache of ammunition, steel fletchette which they describe as "sharpened metal projectiles often used in bombs", and books on munitions and explosive devices. They also reportedly found a marijuana growing operation with about 70 plants, dried marijuana, heroin, and a handgun.

Police urge anyone who sees Fitzgerald to not engage him, but immediately call 911. A cash reward is being offered for information leading to Fitzgerald's arrest.
