Man arrested on drug charges at Princeton motel

One man was arrested on drug possession charges after a weekend disturbance at a Princeton motel.

Officers were sent to the Stratton Inn around 11:00 Saturday night and made contact with 40-year-old Bobby Cain, who had an active McCracken County Bench Warrant for probation violation for a felony offense.

When Cain was arrested, officeres located a makeshift drug kit containing a glass pipe with residue, a straw with residue, and a plastic baggie of suspected meth. Cain has a prior conviction for this same offense in 2023 out of McCracken County.

Cain was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
